About

This beloved collection of stories, suitable for children, comes straight from the experience of the author from his work in teaching young people at the Ekoji Buddhist Temple in Virginia. Each story is beautifully illustrated by watercolor artist Pitor Parda.

The book is a great resource for Temples with Dharma School programs for young children. The books can be read to younger children, and older children can read the stories on their own or to others.

Here is an example of one of the illustrations, here from "The Pearl," page 24.
